If your Realtek Audio Console is missing or won’t open on your Legion Go, that is probably due to system or software updates. Usually, if you update the Realtek Audio drivers, the software will show back.

How do I fix Realtek Audio Console on Legion Go?

1. Check if the Realtek Audio drivers are installed

  1. Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
  2. Expand Sound, video, and game controllers.
  3. Look for Realtek(R) Audio or Realtek High Definition Audio.
    • If it’s missing, move to Step 2.
    • If it’s there but not working, right-click and select Uninstall device, check Delete the driver software for this device, and restart your PC.

2. Download and install the latest Realtek Audio driver

  1. Visit the Lenovo support page for Legion Go.
  2. Search for Legion Go and go to the Drivers & Software section.
  3. Download the latest Realtek Audio Driver for Windows 11 (64-bit).
  4. Install the driver, restart your PC, and check if the console appears.

3. Download and install Realtek Audio Control from Microsoft Store

Realtek Audio Console is no longer available in Microsoft Store, but you can download the Realtek Audio Control app from Microsoft Store.

The app offers the same functionality but the UI is a bit changed.

4. Enable the Realtek Audio Universal service

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
  2. Go to the Startup tab.
  3. Look for Realtek HD Audio Universal Service.
  4. If it’s Disabled, right-click and select Enable.
  5. Restart your PC and check if the console appears.

After following these steps, your Realtek Audio Console should be restored on your Legion Go. However, if it’s not possible to get back Realtek Audio Consol, you should consider installing Realtek Audio Control. If you’re still facing issues, let us know in the comments below.
