VirtualShield VPN is, as you may have already guessed from the name, a VPN service developed and maintained by VirtualShield.

Like all virtual private networks, you can use it to mask your online activity from pretty much anyone, ranging from hackers to the Government or even your ISP.

Because working from home has become an ever-increasing trend, VPN sales have been on the rise, and so have the number of VPNs themselves.

That being the case, it is hard to tell which are indeed worth the money and which aren’t.

A VPN for both you and your friends

VirtualShield VPN is what many would call a family service, because it is designed to be used by pretty much anyone, and a single subscription can give you support for more devices, as follows:

  • Personal: Support for up to 3 devices
  • Family: Support for up to 15 devices

Regardless of which subscription model you choose, know that you can try VirtualSHield VPN for free for 30 days. Simply create an account with all the required information, and you are all set.

You can cancel the free trial at any time, so you don’t have to worry about paying for the service if you aren’t satisfied with it.

A VPN with word-wide coverage

Admittedly, VirtualShield VPN’s strongest point isn’t the sheer amount of servers. While the most important regions of the world are indeed covered, other VPNs services have far more servers in far more regions of the globe.

As an example, VirtualShield VPN has servers in the following locations:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Germany
  • France
  • Netherlands
  • India
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • Japan
  • Singapore

Each region has multiple servers, with more servers depending on how vast the region is (e.g. the US or Canada).

As for connectivity, one great plus when using VirtualShield VPN was the low impact it had on our Internet download and upload speeds during tests.

Although servers that were physically further away did impact the bandwidth, it was far less than anything that would have been expected.

That being said, if you’ve never used a VPN before, but are curious as to how they work, then go ahead and try VirtualShield VPN, or at least take advantage of the 30-day Trial.
