Outlook for Windows PST

In the coming weeks and months, the new Outlook for Windows will be enhanced with several new options, including the ability to send pretty much anything as a PST file.

Thanks to these enhancements, Outlook users will be able to interact with PST files in various ways: replying and forwarding emails in a PST file will be possible, grouping messages as conversations for emails within PST files will also be possible, and the platform will allow users to browse and read calendars and events within a PST file.

All of these enhancements will be available in the new Outlook starting next month, with some becoming available in August.

In another entry to the Roadmap, the Redmond-based tech giant says the platform will also warn its users about the tone of the email when they have to send it to a large audience.

This enhancement will be available to Outlook for Android and iOS and released to the platform in April.

All of these changes are part of Microsoft’s efforts to encourage users to migrate to the new platform. As you might already know, Outlook users prefer the classic version over the new one, and many of them demand that Microsoft update it so they can use it on the new Copilot+ PC devices, which were released last year.
