Waiting for Death Stranding 2? Here’s exactly when it unlocks in your region

Death Stranding 2: On The Beach is finally releasing this week, but your access time depends on which version you bought and where you live. As expected, there are two release dates.

First, June 24, for those who preordered the Digital Deluxe or Collector’s Edition (this is the 48-hour early access window). Secondly, June 26, for the Standard Edition.

Sony hasn’t officially posted a global release map, but GameSpot exclusively reported the exact times using the countdown timer found in the Deluxe Edition pre-install.

Since PlayStation follows a rolling midnight release, the game unlocks at midnight in the earliest time zone in your region. That means you’ll get access sooner if you’re west of your region’s easternmost zone.

Early access launch times (Deluxe & Collector’s Editions – June 24)

• Pacific Time (PT): June 23 at 9:00 PM
• Eastern Time (ET): June 24 at 12:00 AM
• British Summer Time (BST): June 24 at 5:00 AM
• Japan Standard Time (JST): June 24 at 1:00 PM
