1. Check for any Windows updates

  1. Click on Cortana search box and type Updates.  Next, select the first option from the top.
  2. Next, click on Check for updates and wait for the process to complete.
  3. Restart your computer if needed.

2. Clear Windows Store cache

  1. Press the Windows key + R keys on your keyboard to launch Run window.
  2. Inside the Run window, type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

  3. A command prompt window will open and the process of cleaning the cache will start.
  4. Wait for the process to complete and check if the issue persists.

After doing that, check if the problem is fixed.

3. Reset Calendar application

  1. Click on Cortana search box and type Calendar.
  2. Right-click the Calendar app and select App settings.

4. De-active and re-active the sync option in the Calendar app

  1. Click Cortana search, type Calendar and open it.

  4. Toggle the button to Off, and then toggle it to On again.
  5. Select Done and click Save.

5. Remove the account with the issue and reconnect it

  1. Open the Calendar app.

  4. Select Change settings.
  5. Select Delete account from this device.
  6. Close the Calendar app and add the same account again
