  4. Locate and delete PendingFileRenameOperations.

2. Modify the Value data for UpdateExeVolatile

  1. Go to Registry Editor.
  2. Follow this path: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Updates

  4. Click OK.
