Over 10 million people have streamed games via Xbox Cloud Gaming, according to Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella. The announcement was made as part of the company’s third quarter earnings report for fiscal year 2022. Microsoft Communications Lead Frank Shaw confirmed the milestone in a tweet on April 26.
With Xbox Cloud Gaming… more than 10 million people have streamed games to date, and we expanded the service to four new countries.

Xbox Cloud Gaming is only available through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Game Pass currently has over 25 million subscribers across all three variants of the service, a number which is steadily growing year by year and is up from 18 million subscribers from the same time the year previous. With Xbox Cloud Gaming reaching the 10 million streamers mark, along with recent news that Xbox had a record-setting month in March, it seems that the Xbox brand as a whole is on quite a roll as of late.
Xbox Cloud Gaming is available on several platforms in addition to Xbox consoles: PC, Android, and even iOS, and features an ever-expanding library of compatible games.
