XBOX Free Play Days Brings MLB The Show 26, The Alters, and Stuffed This Weekend (July 9-12)

Looking for something new to play without spending extra money this weekend? XBOX has kicked off another Free Play Days event for this weekend, giving Game Pass members full access to three very different games for a limited time.

The latest lineup is headlined by MLB The Show 26, alongside sci-fi survival game The Alters and spooky co-op shooter Stuffed. All three games are available to play from Thursday, July 9, through Sunday, July 12.

Unlike free demos, Free Play Days unlocks the complete games throughout the event. However, players will need an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, or Essential membership to participate.

MLB The Show 26 brings new Road to the Show mechanics, deeper Franchise features, expanded customization, and updated on-field gameplay. The Standard Edition is also available at a limited-time discount, dropping from $69.99 to $34.99.

Speaking of discounts, The Alters is currently down to $17.49 from its regular $34.99 price. The survival game places players on a hostile planet, where they must create alternate versions of themselves based on different life choices. It supports XBOX Play Anywhere and is available through the event on both console and PC.

Meanwhile, Stuffed takes a much lighter but equally chaotic approach. Players become a teddy bear tasked with defending its owner from waves of nightmares. The first-person shooter can be played solo or with up to four players through online co-op.

Do note that Any achievements, Gamerscore, or saved progress earned during the free weekend will carry over if you decide to purchase a game afterward.
