Xbox Game Pass Adds 5 More Retro Classics in February 2026 Update
Microsoft has quietly dropped another batch of Retro Classics into Xbox Game Pass, and the February 2026 update keeps the nostalgia train moving. Just a month after crossing the 100-game mark, five more old-school titles have landed in the library (via TrueAchievements).
This time, two Zork entries, Beyond Zork: The Coconut of Quendor and Return to Zork, are in the spotlight. The former is more of an RPG mechanics layered over the franchise’s classic text-based roots. The latter moves in a completely different direction: point-and-click gameplay with full visuals and live-action performances.
On the Atari 2600 side, three titles join the mix: Stampede, Seaquest, and Kaboom. Stampede is remembered for its unforgiving difficulty and cattle-lassoing chaos.
Seaquest trades the Wild West for underwater combat. You are in for rescuing divers while fending off threats. Kabobber stands out as an unreleased Atari project that never saw a proper commercial run back in the day.
All five additions are available through cloud gaming across every Game Pass tier in supported regions. Speaking of games, let’s not forget that the Xbox Free Play Days lineup for this weekend has leaked early, with Battlefield 6 Season 2 leading the charge.
