Xbox strongly hints Fable appearance at upcoming Xbox Games Showcase

It has been over half a decade since the reboot of the Fable franchise was first rumored. The game was formally announced at the Xbox Games Showcase back in 2020 and now, three years later, we may finally get to see something of the highly anticipated game.

A video post from the official Xbox Twitter account teases a glitter trail leading eventually to a computer screen displaying the Xbox Games Showcase logo. The glitter trail is an obvious allusion to that used in the Fable games to point the player to the next quest objective. The music accompanying the video is also unmistakably Fable.

This can only mean one thing: the new Fable game will be present in some form or another at the upcoming Xbox Games Showcase on June 11! All the more reason to get excited for the event, which will be followed up by the Starfield Direct.
