And it’s here. Bing Search finally gets the dark mode feature for PC and it looks pretty great. After a period of important updates from Microsoft, the Redmond tech giant has apparently added this feature to Bing Search.

As spotted by this Reddit user, the dark mode looks elegant and spacious on Bing, which is why so many users have requested it.

As you may know, Bing has been getting a lot of good features lately. It has an AI-based technology that helps you in your searches. It also comes with suggestions, and all sorts of recommendations based on what you are looking for.

Microsoft also said that the mobile and desktop versions of Bing will benefit from videos, Knowledge Cards, graphs, improved formatting, and social sharing capabilities within the chat, according to their blog post.

How to enable Bing Search dark mode

  1. Open Edge and search for something with Bing
  2. Once you’re on the search page, go to Settings
  3. Head over to Appearance and select Darkbing search dark mode
  4. You should be all set now

SwiftKey, which is an AI-powered keyboard, is also coming to Bing, as one of its features. Not only that, but the Redmond tech giant also allows you to add a Bing Chat widget to your home screen, so you can have easy access to the feature.

On the other hand, Skype benefits from AI-powered Bing in group chats, so you can easily look for information and suggestions while you’re talking to your friends or workmates.

This is all part of Microsoft’s intention to make increase the popularity of Edge and Bing, and so far it works. The new Bing mobile app continues to enjoy popularity, as it is downloaded by millions of users. It has been reported that the app’s daily download increased by a staggering 8x since its launch.

With that in mind, Microsoft is trying to listen to the feedback and implement it as soon as possible. Bing Search dark mode is one of these features that have been long requested by users.
