Microsoft Officially Claims Windows 11 Has Zero Known Issues
Microsoft just made a surprising update to its official software health dashboard. According to the company, Windows 11 currently has no known issues. This means its engineering team officially considers the operating system completely bug-free right now. For anyone who uses a computer every day, this bold claim probably sounds a bit hard to believe. However, the official tracker currently shows a completely clean slate.
An empty bug tracker surprises computer users
The Windows release health page is where Microsoft publicly tracks major software problems. Usually, this page is full of notes about broken updates, printer failures, audio glitches, or random software crashes. Tech outlet Neowin first noticed that the list for the current versions of Windows 11 is empty.
Right now, checking the status for the newest versions of the operating system shows nothing but green checkmarks. It cleared out all the old, resolved bugs and has not added any new ones. Users expect to see at least one or two lingering problems, especially after a recent security update.
Seeing a completely blank page is definitely out of the ordinary. Reaching a point where the official list hits zero is a rare milestone for a piece of software this massive.
There’s a difference between official status and reality
Of course, an empty bug tracker does not mean the operating system is actually flawless. It just means Microsoft does not have any widespread, confirmed problems that it wants to publicly acknowledge at this exact moment. A bug only makes the list when the company confirms the issue and starts working on a dedicated patch.
If you browse any technical forum online, you will still find plenty of people complaining about frozen menus, weird driver errors, and missing taskbar icons. The company is likely working on fixes for those smaller problems behind closed doors.
Until those smaller glitches become massive roadblocks, it can technically claim a perfect health record on its public dashboard. For now, users will just have to handle any undocumented glitches on their own while the public status page stays clear.
