More XBOX Gamescom announcements could be coming

The confirmed game lists may not represent everything Microsoft plans to reveal at Gamescom 2026.

XBOX could still have additional surprises planned, especially with a rumored major announcement potentially appearing during Opening Night Live on August 25.

That gives XBOX three consecutive days of Gamescom activity, starting with Opening Night Live and continuing with its own broadcasts on August 26 and August 27.
