4. Enter Safe Mode

1. Click on Start and navigate to Settings.

5. Perform an in-place upgrade

1. Head to Windows 11 webpage.
2. Select the desired version and click on Download.

4. Select 64-bit download.
   
5. Wait for the download to complete.
6. Double-click the file that you downloaded.
   
7. A new window will appear. Locate setup.exe and double-click it.
   
8. Pick if you want to download the available updates and click Next.
   
9. Select Keep personal files and apps if possible and click Next.
   
10. Follow the instructions on the screen to finish the setup.

Only use the option to keep your personal files and apps or else this process will reinstall Windows instead of upgrading it.

6. Use System Restore

1. Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog. Type rstrui and press Enter.
   
2. Choose a restore point and click Next.
   
3. Now press Finish.
   
4. Wait while the restoration process is finished.
