The Avant browser was initially developed by a Chinese programmer called Anderson Che in 2004. This browser is an open-source project. This was developed using two engines, called the Gecko layout engine and the Trident layout engine.

They released two versions of the browsers. The Lite version was developed using only the Trident layout engine, and the Ultimate version was developed using the Trident and Gecko layout engines.

The Gecko layout engine is also used by Mozilla Firefox for their browsers. Avant browsers typically run on all the windows operating systems that are above Windows 2000 version.

The latest version of the Avant browser is build 3, 3.17.2020, which is a stable version. There have been no releases for this browser since then.

This version also includes the WebKit layout engine and Chrome rendering engine, along with the other two engines (Trident and Gecko). This makes the Avant browser still more powerful.

If you are looking forward to having the Avant browser on your Windows system, this article will guide you on how to download and install it.
