Call of Duty is gearing up for another major seasonal update, with Season 3 for Black Ops 7 and Warzone now officially set to arrive soon. After a content-heavy Season 2, expectations are building around what’s next, especially with new maps and gameplay tweaks already being teased.

What to Expect From Call of Duty Season 3

Details are still limited, but early teasers suggest a focus on precision and power, which may hint at new weapons or killstreaks. If Season 2 is anything to go by, players can likely expect a mix of multiplayer updates, Warzone map changes, and possibly new modes or limited-time events.

While specifics around events are still unclear, this time of year, the content might be in line with seasonal themes, possibly related to Easter. Ranked Play is also getting a refresh across both multiplayer and Warzone, along with new rewards. Not to forget, the promo art teases a new operator called “Javelin,” who appears to be using the M27 from Black Ops 2, hinting at what’s coming in the battle pass.

Multiplayer details, however, are still under wraps, but new maps and modes are expected. Zombies won’t get a new map at launch, though more content is planned for midseason, alongside the return of legacy weapons in a new unlock format.
