2. Disable compatibility view in Internet Explorer

1.  Launch Internet Explorer browser if you are using a Windows computer.
2. Click the Gear icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Choose the Compatibility View Settings option.

5. If found, select the website name, click the Remove button.

3. Troubleshoot extension conflict 

Edge

1. Click on Menu and select Extensions.
2. In the Extensions window, locate the newly installed extensions and disable them one by one.

Chrome 

1. Launch the browser and click the Menu icon in the top right corner.
2. Go to More Tools and then choose Extension.
3. On Microsoft Edge,

Firefox
