Remember not long ago when we told you Copilot would teach you how to write in Microsoft Word? Well, guess what? The Redmond-based tech giant says coaching by Copilot is coming to the new Outlook for Windows, as well.

According to the latest entry in the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, the new Outlook will update Copilot to train you how to write the perfect email, starting this August.

So, how will it train you? Coach Copilot will suggest how to improve your email writing in Outlook. You can also request that Copilot rewrite your email according to the coaching feedback it has given you.

You can accept Copilot’s suggestions and have your email automatically rewritten by clicking on it. With a simple click, you’ll have the perfect Outlook email. Smart, right?

The new coaching by Copilot experience allows you to apply the coaching suggestions given by Copilot by requesting to rewrite the email message based on the feedback received when using coaching by Copilot. With this update, you can accept and make Copilot rewrite the email in one click based on those coaching suggestions. This feature will be available in the new Outlook for Windows and web. #newoutlookforwindows
