  2. Type debmgmt.msc and click OK.
  3. Expand the Display Adapters
  4. Right-click on your display adapter and select Update Driver.

  7. Repeat the steps to update your dedicated GPU.

2. Disable DirectX 12

  11. Select the Custom Size option.
  12. Increase the Maximum size to 10000. The minimum size can be 8000.
  13. Click Set.
  14. Click OK to save the changes.
  15. Select OK again to apply the changes.

Relaunch Deus Ex Mankind Divided and check if the display driver problem is resolved.

4. Update Windows 10

DirectX12 error

  1. Click on Start and select Settings.
  2. Go to Update & Security.
  3. Click on Windows updates.
  4. Proceed to download and install all the pending updates.

After installing the updates, restart your computer and check if the game works without crashing. Windows updates do bring necessary patches to fix the widespread crashing issue caused by DirectX 12.
