New Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC coming in December

Bandai Namco just announced a new content update for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. The new update will introduce the very first DLC pack, which will be available through a Season Pass or purchased individually. Additionally, the free update will be released to all owners of the game, as well.

According to Bandai Namco’s official website, the update will arrive on December 20th. Here’s what the free update will bring:

  • New skill for SSGSS Goku: Awakened Skill Kaioken times 10!

  • New skill for Hit: Awakened Skill Pure Progress

  • 6 new costumes

  • 4 new attacks

  • A new event for everyone: Frieza’s Siege! Be ready to defend Conton City against Frieza’s Army, there are 10 new Jersey costumes to win!

  • A new Raid Quest featuring Evil Yamcha, with an exclusive title to win!

In addition to free content, five new teachers will also be included: Future Gohan, Bardock, Cooler, Android 16, Whis. Also, the content of the first DLC has also been revealed:

  1. 2 new playable characters: Cabbe (with his Super Saiyan transformation) and Frost (Final Form)

  2. One new master: Hit

  3. 5 new attacks

  4. 3 new Parallel Quests

  5. 2 new costumes

  6. 5 Super Souls

  7. 2 emotes

However, the company hasn’t said anything about fixing some of the common issues in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. In case you don’t recall, the game was plagued by various problems on the release. Some of the issues include screen flickering, audio bugs, and more. We sincerely hope that the company will address at least some of the known issues and make the gameplay experience better.
