How can I fix the ERROR_INSUFFICIENT_POWER system error?

1. Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter

  1. Press Windows + R to open Run, paste the following in the text field, and hit Enter: msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostictroubleshoot
  2. Click Next to proceed.

2. Check the USB ports and connected devices

In most cases, the system error appears due to an issue with the connections, ports, or the device itself. The following tips will help fix it:
