2. Connectivity fix

You should check if either your console or network adapter is running into issues or not. In order to fix your connection, follow these steps:

To test your network connection:

  1. Press your Xbox button to open up the guide.
  2. Now you’re going to select System, and then Settings.
  3. Next, select Network, and Network settings.
