GTA 6 Rumors Heat Up With PS5 Pro Bundle & Early Access Claims — Trailer 3 Ahead of Pre-Orders?

gta 6 console first

GTA 6 is one of the most anticipated games of this year. So, it’s quite obvious that rumors keep coming about the game, especially after the pre-orders date got leaked yesterday.

A tipster, DetectiveSeeds on X, who claims to have first leaked the GTA 6 pre-orders date, has now served fresh rumors about GTA 6 pricing, trailer 3 release, editions, bundles, and even possible early access plans.

Claims about 6 ways to buy GTA 6 at pre-order, including PS5 Pro bundles

Speaking of pre-orders, the tipster also claims there will apparently be six different ways to buy GTA 6 at pre-orders. According to the leak, three of them are said to be the usual digital and physical editions, while another version is reportedly a rarer collector-style package with extra items included.

The remaining two versions are allegedly console bundles tied to standard and Pro consoles. Interestingly, the leaker says these bundles may only include digital download codes instead of physical game discs. That would be quite different from older GTA 5 console bundles, which was heavily focused on physical copies during launch.

Hoever, the tipster says that console bundles may not be officially revealed until a future PlayStation State of Play presentation (likely on May 24th) due to Sony’s reported marketing “deal” with Rockstar.

Rockstar might release GTA 6 third trailer before pre-orders go live

In the latest post on X, the tipster hints that GTA 6 Trailer 3 could be released before pre-orders officially go live. However, they also admits to not knowing the exact upload date for the trailer. Apparently, only a handful of people inside Rockstar Games allegedly know when the trailer is scheduled to drop.

The tipater further adds that Rockstar may avoid releasing Trailer 3 and opening pre-orders on the same day due to potential server load issues from massive traffic. For this very reason, the tipster believes that GTA 6 Trailer 3 would land this week or over the weekend before pre-orders go live on Monday, May 18.

$60-$80 price range

The rumored pricing reportedly falls somewhere between $60 and $80 depending on the edition. Early access is also said to be “possible” through higher-tier versions. At the same time, the source claims there is apparently no day-one PC launch planned as of February.

As always, none of this has been officially confirmed yet by Rockstar Games or PlayStation. So, we want you to take all these details with a grain of salt.
