How do I fix Guild Wars 2 crashing on Windows 10?

1. Update your drivers

Guildwars itself is a pretty old game, but the constant updates mean that the game itself has evolved a lot since it was first released, and so have the system requirements for running it propely.

That being said, just because the game is from 2012, that doesn’t mean that a 2012 PC will cut it.

However, if your PC is that old, but it was top-end in those days, then a complete round of driver updates may suffice to run the latest version of Guild Wars 2.

However, it’s hard to find the right drivers, especially if your hardware is older, and that is when a good third-party solution such as DriverFix makes for a great addition to your digital library.

Powered by a library of 18 million drivers, this tool will scan your PC, download whatever drivers it deems necessary, and then install them for you in one go.

    "C:GamesGuild Wars 2gw2.exe" -repair
  8. Select Ok

  3. Select the first result to launch the System Configuration Utility
  4. Go to the Services tab
