As hinted earlier, a refresh could repair the problem when HBO Go won’t let you sign in. However, refreshing, in this case, is not merely hitting the Refresh button.

Browsers typically let you perform hard reloads using different key combinations. On most browsers, you can do a hard refresh by holding down the CTRL key while hitting Refresh.

2. Log in with the website of your TV provider

  1. TV providers obviously have different websites. If you are not sure of that of your TV provider, you go perform a quick Google search. When you find it, head over there.
  2. Look for the Sign in button on the site. It’s usually on the home page.
  3. Click on the Sign-in button and enter your username and password. The credentials you use here should be those of your TV provider.

You should be able to sign in here. If it doesn’t work, then contact your TV provider to reset your password or continue to the second solution below.
