Last month, NVIDIA confirmed an October launch for RTX Spark, and Microsoft’s October 7 event looks like a perfect opportunity for the platform to make its official debut.

We previously reported that RTX Spark laptops could carry premium prices, and HP’s listings now give us a much clearer idea of what buyers can expect.

HP RTX Spark laptops start at $2,999

HP has started listing its RTX Spark-powered OmniBook laptops in the US, with the 14-inch OmniBook X starting at $2,999.99, while the larger OmniBook Ultra 16 starts at $3,199.99.

Both base configurations come with the 18-core NVIDIA RTX Spark N1X processor paired with a 5,120-core Blackwell RTX GPU. HP also equips them with 32GB of LPDDR5X-9400 unified memory and a 1TB PCIe Gen5 SSD.

Both laptops feature 3K OLED touch displays.

64GB models reach $4,999

Moving up to the more powerful configurations makes the price climb quickly, with HP listing a 64GB OmniBook X 14 with the larger 6,144-core Blackwell RTX GPU and a 2TB SSD for $4,499.99. The 64GB OmniBook Ultra 16 with a 2TB SSD costs even more at $4,999.99.

HP announced the OmniBook X 14 and OmniBook Ultra 16 in September but didn’t reveal pricing at the time. The company confirmed that the OmniBook Ultra 16 supports up to 128GB of unified memory.

The two laptops form part of NVIDIA’s first wave of RTX Spark-powered Windows PCs aimed at AI developers, creators, and other users who need large amounts of unified memory and local AI performance.

Microsoft could reveal its RTX Spark Surface today

HP’s listings appeared on October 7, the same day as Microsoft’s Windows and Surface event, where NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang is also expected to appear.

Microsoft is expected to showcase its own RTX Spark-powered Surface Laptop Ultra at the event, potentially giving us more details about pricing and availability for the wider RTX Spark laptop lineup.

With HP starting at nearly $3,000 and higher-end configurations approaching $5,000, RTX Spark is clearly entering the premium end of the Windows laptop market.
