  7. An Open dialog box will appear. Go to C:\Windows\System32 and select the DLL file and click Open.
  8. Restart your computer to let the changes take effect.

5. Run SFC & DISM scans

  2. To scan and repair the damaged or missing system files, type the following command and press Enter: sfc /scannow SFCSCANNOW CMD irrklang.dll
  3. Let the scan is complete, then copy & paste the following command to restore the Windows system image files via Windows Update, then hit Enter: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthRestore health flexextrelease_x64.dll
  4. Once the command is executed successfully, restart your computer to save the changes.

6. Download the DLL file manually from a trusted site
