This is an advanced procedure, and by changing the registry you can cause system stability issues, therefore we advise extra caution.

6. Run the setup as administrator

7. Uninstall your antivirus software

8. Try installing iTunes in compatibility mode

1. Locate iTunes setup file, right click it and choose Properties from the menu.
   
2. Navigate to Compatibility tab and check Run this program in compatibility mode for.
