Microsoft is Bringing a New Agenda View to Windows 11’s Notification Center
A cleaner, glanceable schedule pane arrives in preview this December
At Ignite 2025, Microsoft announced a bunch of new AI featutres coming to Windows 11, adding that some features are available at moment in preview. Speaking of new features, Windows 11 is also getting a new Agenda view designed to make daily scheduling far more accessible soon.
Scheduled to release in preview in December 2025, the new feature provides a chronological list of upcoming events directly inside Notification Center, offering a quick-glance snapshot of your day without needing to open Calendar or switch apps.

The Agenda view is linked to your Microsoft 365 account and supports direct interaction with each entry. You will be able to join scheduled meetings, review event details, and engage with Microsoft 365 Copilot for extra context or preparation. Microsoft says that the new feature “makes it easier to prepare for upcoming meetings and streamline your day.”

Besides Agenda View in Notification Center, a new composer experience is coming soon in preview, and it’ll bring search and Ask Copilot together in one place on the taskbar. You will also be able to start AI agents directly from Ask Copilot using the tools menu or by typing “@,” making common actions faster to reach.

For agents that take longer to complete tasks, Windows will dusplay progress indicators right on the taskbar. This includes at-a-glance status updates and chain-of-thought logic for agents like Researcher, giving users a clear view of what an agent is doing and how close it is to finishing.
