Microsoft Outlook to get full support for Black Office Theme

Based on recent feedback, Microsoft is working around the clock to add dark themes to all of its products.

Dark Mode might come to Outlook for Windows

After enabling Dark Mode in Microsoft Edge and in the OneNote app, now the tech giant is working on adding a dark theme for Outlook.

More specifically, Outlook for Windows might get full support for Black Office Theme with reading pane toggle.

This Black Office Theme will turn all Outlook screens into dark mode. Furthermore, it will add a sun/moon toggle between black and white based on your preference for reading message content.

This sounds pretty exciting, especially for Windows 10 users that count on Outlook for their daily-basis work.

The Black Office theme for Outlook is in development

This change for Windows Desktop Outlook was recently added in Microsoft’s 365 roadmap and is currently in development.

There’s no exact ETA on when or even if it will get released, but keep an eye on WindowsReport.com, as we will update you as soon as any change happens.

Now back to you: What do you think about Outlook‘s dark theme?
