If you’ve ever had to dig through the Control Panel just to set a second time zone, you won’t need to do much longer. Microsoft is finally bringing some of those clock features into the main Settings app.
You can now add up to two additional clocks, label them as you wish, and adjust the AM/PM display—all without affecting the legacy UI.

These changes are now located under Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region > Regional Format.
The new clock setup supports dark and light modes, with larger UI elements and better accessibility. Basically, it works the same as before, but it actually looks like it belongs in Windows 11. Windows tipster @phantomofearth spotted the change in builds 26200.5651 and 26120.4441.
Other features like keyboard settings are also starting to move over, though Microsoft hasn’t made a formal announcement yet. So yes, slowly but surely, Control Panel is fading.
