Begin with the following preliminary steps before any complex troubleshooting:

• Make sure that you have the latest official version of Pokemon Home installed.

• Try playing Pokemon Home on a browser or PC app via an emulator.

1. Update your device’s OS

6. Tap on Install next to Pokemon Home and wait for the app to install.

4. Reset your network

4.1 Windows

1. Hit the Windows key and click on Settings.
2. Navigate to Network & internet.
3. Select Advanced network settings.
4. Click on Network reset.
5. Next, hit the Reset now button.

4.2 Android

1. Open the phone Settings, and go to General management.
2. Tap on Reset.
3. Now, select Reset network settings from the list of options.
4. Tap on Reset settings to confirm.

4.3 iOS

1. Open the iPhone Settings, and go to General.
2. Tap on Transfer or Reset iPhone.
3. Tap Reset at the bottom.
4. Select Reset Network Settings from the list of options.
5. Enter the device’s passcode to confirm the reset.
