1. Switch to mobile connection

  1. Open the top menu on your phone and turn off Wi-Fi.
  2. Next, enable Mobile data.
  3. Try to start the app again.

2. Clear the app cache

  1. Tap and hold the Pokemon Home icon. Select App info.
  2. Next, head to Storage.
  3. After that, tap on Clear cache and check if the problem is gone.
