2. Change properties for your controller

  6. Press Ok and then restart your PC.

Note: Please make sure that the code lines you are pasting inside the AffectedDevices value data box are using one line per line of text, and make sure the last line is left blank.


4. Make sure your antivirus/firewall is not blocking access

  1. Click on Cortana search box -> type in Firewall -> choose the first option from the top.
  2. Inside the Firewall settings -> choose to Allow an app or service through the firewall.
  3. Search for the DS4Windows application on the list.
  4. Make sure all connections are allowed (both incoming and outgoing).
  5. Save the settings and try to see if the issue persists.
