How to fix signal desktop not showing groups

So, before anything else, try to refresh the group information and ask the persons in the group to update their app and send new messages in the group.

  1. Ensure that you have the latest version of Signal installed on both your desktop and mobile devices.
  2. Open Signal on your mobile device and go to Settings > Linked Devices.
  3. Unlink and then re-link your desktop device.

  1. Open Signal Desktop and go to Settings.
