1. Check Downdetector and OpenAI status page

  1. Visit the OpenAI page on Downdetector.

  3. Next, go to the OpenAI Status page.
  4. Look for any issues with the service.
  5. If any problems are listed, you’ll have to wait for OpenAI personnel to fix them.

2. Log out of your account

  1. Click your user icon in the top left corner.
  2. Next, select Log out.

  4. Alternatively, you can try using Incognito Mode on your browser as a workaround.

3. Clear the cache

  1. Visit the ChatGPT page.
  2. Click on Site information next to the URL and choose Site settings.
