Gamers become unplayable when they overwrite standby memory.

I still have issues with games crashing after uninstalling and clean installing video drivers. Other PCs don’t have the same issues expect 1 other. The only same hardware both machines have is a GTX 970.
Fallout 4 stopped working after may 2018 win 10 update. Yet to find a fix.
I have an Acer Aspire E 15 E5-576G-5762 with an LG Flatron IPS235 and Logitech K120 and G403 attached. The update seemed to go fine. The next day I unplugged and plugged in the hdmi cable and mouse and keyboard usb cables. It caused the external monitor to stop working. Pressing -P produced the error message, “Your PC can’t project to another screen. Try reinstalling the driver or using a different video card.” I went into the device manager and the Intel UHD Graphics 620 was reporting an error code 43 and that Windows has stopped the device. I uninstalled the driver, which restored my ability to use an external monitor. I updated the driver, and the external monitor stopped working. So what’s wrong?
Thanks bro.
