4. In the Save in option, select Desktop, type in the word: Backup in File Name, under Export Range, choose All and click Save.
   
5. Navigate to the path below:
   Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Corel
6. Right-click the folder PrintEngine and select Rename. Then rename it PrintEngine1 or PrintEngineOld.
7. Closeout of the registry.

2. Clear the Print Spooler queue

1. Press the Windows and R keys simultaneously, and type services.msc inside the search box and hit Enter.
   
2. Please scroll down to Print Spooler, right-click it, and select Stop.
   
3. Press Windows + E to open File Explorer, then navigate to the path below:
   C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
4. Delete all the files in this location.
5. You can now return to the Services window.
6. Finish the process by clicking Start in the left pane when Print Spooler is highlighted.
   
7. This will effectively restart the Print Spooler service.
