XBOX Cloud Gaming is Coming to Hisense and V homeOS-powered Smart TVs This Year
As the new year kicks off, Xbox is making it easier to play without a console. The company has announced partnership with V (formerly VIDAA) that will bring Xbox Cloud Gaming to select Hisense and V homeOS-powered Smart TVs starting this year. In simple words, you wouldn’t require a console; jump straight into your favorite games on a compatible TV alongside a compatible controller. Yes, that’s it.
Xbox Cloud Gaming heads to Hisense and V homeOS TVs
Worth noting that Xbox Game Pass subscribers will be able to stream hundreds of games directly on supported Hisense and V homeOS Smart TVs. This includes Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and Essential subscribers, all of whom will gain access to cloud gaming via the app.
The experience is powered by Xbox Cloud Gaming, allowing players to stream titles instantly without downloads or installations. According to Xbox, the idea is to give players more freedom to play how and where they want.
Game Pass titles come along for the ride
Once the Xbox app lands on supported TVs, players will be able to access a wide range of games, including new releases and fan favorites. Xbox confirmed titles like Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, Hollow Knight: Silksong, and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 will be playable through the app.
Not to forget, Xbox Game Pass subscribers will also get unlimited cloud gaming, along with the ability to stream select games they already own. That flexibility extends Xbox’s ecosystem beyond consoles, PCs, and mobile devices.
According to Xbox, this partnership with Hisense and V is part of its larger vision to keep games, achievements, and communities accessible across more devices. More details about supported TV models and the full Xbox Cloud Gaming experience on Hisense sets are expected to be shared in the coming months. For now, Xbox says this is just the beginning of a cloud expansion in 2026.
