Xbox Delisting Alert: Four Games Face Removal This October

Four Xbox titles could disappear from digital storefronts in October 2026, with two confirmed removals and two others still awaiting clarification.

The news comes as Xbox Game Pass is adding six games this week, giving subscribers more titles to play.

According to Pure Xbox, Fortnite Rocket Racing has already disappeared, while NBA 2K25 will follow later this month. Two Leisure Suit Larry games could also face removal.

Two Xbox delistings confirmed for October

Two removals have been confirmed so far:

• Fortnite Rocket Racing (October 1): The game mode has already been removed and is no longer playable.
• NBA 2K25 (October 30): The basketball game will leave digital storefronts on October 30, with its online servers shutting down at the end of December 2026.

Two Leisure Suit Larry games could disappear on October 23

Two additional titles face potential Xbox delistings on October 23:

• Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don’t Dry
• Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Dry Twice

Both games are scheduled for removal from Steam on October 23, but their Xbox versions have no confirmed delisting dates.

The titles share the same publisher across Steam and Xbox, raising the possibility that Microsoft Store versions could face similar removals.

Interestingly, both games currently have 95% discounts on Steam, while their Xbox versions remain at full price.

For now, the publisher has not confirmed whether either game will disappear from the Xbox Store. Both titles could remain available on Xbox after their Steam removals.

More delistings could emerge before October ends.

Meanwhile, Xbox Game Pass subscribers face separate departures, with eight games leaving on October 15. Another report also highlights nine games leaving Xbox Game Pass in mid-October 2026.
