Xbox Expands Design Lab to 27 Countries with New ESW Partnership

ESW and Xbox are also working on a product roadmap

Microsoft’s Xbox Design Lab has now to 27 countries, thanks to a new global ecommerce partnership with ESW. For the uninitiated, the Design Lab allows players to customize their own Xbox Wireless Controllers and Xbox Elite Series 2 controllers.

In the press release, Tejaswi Kotekar, Product Manager for Xbox Design Lab, explained that Xbox needed a partner who could handle global payments, support, and long-term plans. According to Kotekar, ESW’s flexibility and fast support helped Xbox meet its relaunch schedule.

ESW is now working as the Merchant of Record for Xbox Design Lab in international markets. The company developed a custom checkout experience that fits directly into the Design Lab website, making it easier for players around the world to buy personalized controllers. ESW and Xbox are also working on a product roadmap that includes future features such as more payment options.
