How to fix Yahoo Messenger video call issues
Solution 1 – Update your drivers
Of course, it goes without saying that the very first thing you need to do is to check whether you have the latest graphics drivers installed and, of course, if you’re running the latest version of Yahoo Messenger.
Solution 2 – Reinstall Yahoo Messenger
Also, you can try and reinstall the software, as well. This is one of the quickest ways to fix YM problems.
If all this is good, then you need to try and start the program in Administrator mode. Right click on the .exe file, then select Properties > Compatibility > Change settings for all users, then add a checkbox to run this program as administrator and then click Apply.
