1. Enable the long path support

1.1 Using the Registry Editor

  1. Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
  2. Type regedit and hit Enter.
  3. Navigate to the path below:
  4. Double-click LongPathsEnabled and change the Value data to 1.

1.2 Using the Group Policy Editor

  1. Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog, type gpedit.msc, and hit Enter.
  2. Navigate Local Computer Policy, Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, System, Filesystem, and double-click Enable Win32 long paths.
  3. Click Enabled and OK, then restart the computer.
  4. Now try the file transfer again and see if the error is resolved.

2. Update your OS

  1. Press Windows + I to open the Settings app.
  2. On the right pane, select Windows update, and on the left, click the Check for updates button.
  3. Wait for the updates to be installed.
