Cover is a New Windows 8 App to Read and Manage your Comic Books
Do you just love to read comic books? Well, now you can easily manage your stories and magazines on your Windows 8 based device by using a dedicated client which will help you organize and store your favorite comic books, while ensuring the best reading experience you can get.
Reading comic books on a Windows 8 based device should represent an in-built feature, but unfortunately, for being able to properly enjoy an ebook reader-like experience, you first have to download some tools on your handset. In that matter you have to download the comic book you want to read (you can use apps like ComiXology or Barnes & Noble) and then – this is only recommended though – you should also use a dedicated client which can provide you the best reading experience, whether you are using a touch based device, like a laptop or tablet, or a classic desktop or computer.
In that matter, during the following lines I will shortly review Cover, a great app to use on your Windows 8, Windows 8.1 or Windows RT device – the tool is compatible with all the mentioned platforms.
Cover: Manage your reading experience with ease
With Cover you can load your comic books from your Windows 8 device and then you can enjoy a great reading experience. The app supports various file formats such as CBZ/ZIP, CBR/RAR, 7Z/CB7, PDF, or EPUB and different image types, like JPEG, PNG, GIF, or BMP so you will not have problems when trying to use a particular document from your handset. The tool features a dedicated library where you can add, save or remove comic books and other files; all these actions can be completed easily as the app is offering an intuitive user interface and various settings that can be quickly managed whether you are using a touch based handset or a classic device.
