30+ Games Are Coming to XBOX Next Week, July 27—31

More than 30 games are coming to XBOX between July 27 and July 31, giving players new survival games, horror releases, RPGs, platformers, simulators, and puzzle titles.

The upcoming lineup also includes three XBOX Game Pass additions, led by Halo: Campaign Evolved and Mistfall Hunter.

What’s Coming to XBOX: July 27–31

July 27

Two games will begin the week on July 27:

  • Broken Reality 2000 — A single-player adventure through a surreal metaverse filled with quests, puzzles, and light platforming.
  • Forever Skies — A first-person survival game that supports solo and cooperative play on an ecologically devastated Earth.

July 28

July 28 brings five releases, including the return of a classic fantasy RPG and a major Halo remake:

  • Get Them Out! — A strategy puzzle game where players place hamsters to force moles off the board.
  • Go North — A cozy narrative adventure featuring mazes, unusual items, and optional side quests.
  • Gothic Classic — The influential fantasy RPG returns with the Nameless Hero’s journey through Myrtana.
  • Halo: Campaign Evolved — A modernized remake of Halo: Combat Evolved with updated graphics, refined controls, and three new prequel missions.
  • The Green Light — A first-person horror game about a worker experiencing increasingly disturbing hallucinations.

July 29

Nine additional XBOX games will arrive on July 29:

  • 4 The Elements — A 2D action platformer where players switch between four elemental abilities.
  • Case Solved: The London Files — A cozy noir mystery focused on logic-based investigations and deduction.
  • Dispatch — A superhero workplace comedy from developers involved with Tales from the Borderlands and The Wolf Among Us.
  • Mistfall Hunter — A dark extraction action game centered on combat, scavenging, and survival.
  • Railway Routes — A relaxing grid-based puzzle game about building efficient railway networks.
  • Sizeable — A casual puzzle adventure where players shrink and enlarge objects to solve challenges.
  • The King Is Watching — A kingdom-management game where workers only remain productive while the king watches them.
  • Truck-kun is Supporting Me from Another World?! — An anime-inspired driving game featuring deliveries, combat, and two connected worlds.
  • Wake Up, Lia! — A narrative precision platformer set inside nightmares shaped by bullying.

July 30

July 30 will deliver the busiest release schedule of the week, with 14 games heading to XBOX:

  • Angel Engine — A horror surgery simulator set in a post-apocalyptic world.
  • Dungeon Antiqua — A retro dungeon-crawling RPG inspired by games from the 1980s and 1990s.
  • HARDWIRED: Ghost In The Reset — A solo-developed action-adventure shooter set in a violent dystopian world.
  • Kusan: City of Wolves — A brutal top-down shooter set across a neon-covered city.
  • Leafy Corner — A cozy management game about growing plants and operating a houseplant store.
  • Mechaconda — A mechanical-serpent action game combining growth mechanics with bullet-hell combat.
  • Nightmare Shift — A psychological horror game involving unsettling motel shifts and an increasingly unreliable reality.
  • Redtail Relic Rush — An action-adventure game starring a red panda explorer equipped with a grappling hook.
  • Retrace The Light — A boss-focused action game set inside surreal environments known as Mirrormazes.
  • Shard Squad — A survival game about recruiting elemental creatures and combining their abilities.
  • Truxton Extreme — A fast-paced arcade shooter featuring multiple weapons and large waves of alien enemies.
  • Turnip Mountain — A physics-based climbing game where players control each hand independently.
  • Verho: Curse of Faces — A dark fantasy adventure set in a world where showing your face causes instant death.
  • Zombie Graveyard Simulator — A management simulator involving burials, cremations, visitors, staff, and zombie defenses.

July 31

Four more games will close the week on July 31:

  • Bee With Gun — An action game about defending a hive and destroying enemy bases across 40 levels.
  • hyperdrive inn — A surreal adventure set inside an expanding hotel connected to reality-threatening events.
  • PAW Patrol: Dino World — A family-friendly adventure about rescuing frightened dinosaurs on Dino Island.
  • Waterpark Simulator — A first-person management game about building slides, hiring staff, and running a chaotic waterpark.

XBOX Game Pass Releases Next Week

Three games will join XBOX Game Pass during the week:

  • Halo: Campaign Evolved — July 28
  • Mistfall Hunter — July 29
  • Corsair Cove for PC — July 31

These releases form part of XBOX Game Pass July Wave 2.

The additions arrive as Microsoft prepares to remove eight games from XBOX Game Pass at the end of July. The company has also launched XBOX Backward Compatibility on PC.

Microsoft recently started testing free XBOX Cloud Gaming supported by advertisements. XBOX has also begun testing a Smart Download Client designed to improve game download speeds.
