According to Microsoft, this build fixes the issue where DWM in the Remote Desktop app would start crashing and the session window would either go totally black, experience black flashes or sign out of the remote desktop session altogether. The release of this new build comes just three days after build 19013.1000 (KB4528332) was pushed out to Windows Insiders. That release didn’t come with any other fixes or changes and rather tested the servicing pipeline.
