The latest entry in the Watch Dogs video game franchise, Watch Dogs: Legion, is now live and ready to play on Microsoft’s current gen Xbox One consoles. The title also supports the next gen Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S consoles and will be ready to play on each of them when they launch early next month.
Like its predecessors, Watch Dogs: Legion is an open-world video game with a focus on hacking and anarchy but it sets itself apart by allowing the player to recruit any character within the world and play as them instead of a primary main protagonist.
Here’s the full game description and trailer:
- Build a resistance made from anyone in the world to take back a near-future London that is facing its downfall. Pre-order now and get the Golden King pack featuring a mask, car skin, and 2 weapon skins!
- Recipient of over 65 E3 awards and nominations.
- Recruit and play as anyone from London. Everyone you see has a unique backstory, personality, and skill set for unique situations.
- Hack armed drones, deploy spider-bots, and take down enemies using an Augmented Reality Cloak.
- Explore a massive urban open world featuring London’s many iconic landmarks and fun side activities.
- Team up with your friends as you complete co-op missions and unique game modes.
Watch Dogs: Legion is available in a regular, Gold, and Ultimate Edition. The Gold Edition comes with the base game, the Golden King pack of in-game accessories, and the season pass while the Ultimate Edition comes with everything in the Gold Edition plus the Urban Jungle pack which contains additional characters and a premium booster pack.
As a special bonus, anyone who buys the Gold or Ultimate Editions or purchases the season pass on its own will gain access to Watch Dogs: Complete Edition, the original Watch Dogs game along with all of its post-launch DLC.
