GameSir, an emerging gaming controller manufacturer, has become immensely popular within a short period, competing with top brands due to its unique design and competitive pricing. So far, the only problem with GameSir controllers was the lack of official Xbox support.

That, too, is now a thing of the past, with GameSir launching two new controllers officially licensed for Xbox: Kaleid and Kaleid Flux!

Both the controllers feature GameSir’s conventional transparent design. However, while Kaleid has RBG LED lighting, the Kaleid Flux model features toned-down golden lights. You can always customize the lights using the GameSir Nexus app, which is available for download from the Microsoft Store.

One of the key features I personally like about new Xbox-compatible GameSir controllers is the anti-drift Hall Effective Sticks. This ensures a smoother gameplay for a longer period. Besides, with zero contact between the moving components, the wear and tear is minimal, thus enhancing the controller’s lifespan!

The two controllers are similar in most aspects, but a few key specifications set them apart, which also results in different pricing. For instance, while GameSir Kaleid has a standard PCB pattern, the Flux model features a Damascus pattern, according to The Gadgeteer. Also, Kaleid uses Microswitch as the button type, while Kaleid Flux has Membrane buttons.

The only downside I see to these GameSir controllers is the wired functioning. That’s a major hindrance in the mass popularity of these cost-effective and performance-oriented controllers. It’s time GameSir releases one with wireless capabilities!

As for the pricing, the controllers won’t burn a hole in your pocket. These are just as competitively priced. While the GameSir Kaleid will cost you $49.99, the GameSir Kaleid Flux is slightly cheaper at $46.99!

The two controllers are also available on Amazon at the same price. Here’s the direct link:

GameSir’s offerings make it to our list of top gaming controllers, and newly released ones, officially licensed for Xbox, should soon be amongst the top entries!
