Copilot in Forms can now help you boost audience engagement

Microsoft has been working to enhance Copilot’s form creation and distribution capabilities. In a recent development, the Redmond tech giant has added more capabilities for distributing forms, which will boost audience engagement & improve response rates.

What’s new?

Microsoft has added an option to rewrite the invitation and follow-up messages with non-responders using Copilot. Let’s know more!

Allows you to rewrite the invitation message

The invitation message is the first thing a recipient sees when receiving a form, so it should be compelling and grab their attention. So, when your form is ready, go to the Send and collect responses dialog box and click the Rewrite with Copilot button. Copilot will generate suitable text with details, including the form’s topic, completion time, and due date, which can help you get a quicker response. If you like the suggested text, click Replace to use it and click Send.

Customized invitation message in Outlook

When the recipient receives the invitation in Teams or Outlook with this message, they can click Start now to complete the form.

Send a nudge email

If you haven’t received enough responses after sending out forms, you can click Rewrite with Copilot to draft reminder messages via Copilot to prompt respondents to reply. It will give you various options; you can pick any of them and send them with one click.

Recipients will receive a personalized nudge email in their inbox, and with a single click, they can start filling out the form.

You must have a Copilot for Microsoft 365 license to avail of these features. What do you think about Copilot’s new capabilities in Forms? Share your views on boosting audience engagement with our readers in the comments section below.
