NVIDIA’s Q1 2026 RTX 50 Series Supply Reportedly Focuses on Just Three Midrange GPUs
NVIDIA’s RTX 50 lineup is already on the market, but new details suggest its near-term supply is far from evenly distributed. Instead, most shipments appear to be concentrated around a small group of GPUs.
8GB models to dominate NVIDIA’s Q1 2026 RTX 50 shipments
The news comes via VideoCardz, which spotted a new report from Board Channels claiming that three RTX 50 models account for roughly 75% of NVIDIA’s total GPU supply for Q1 2026. Per the report, those GPUs are the GeForce RTX 5060 8GB series, RTX 5060 Ti 8GB series, and RTX 5070 12GB series. Yes, most of those feature either 8GB or 12GB of memory.

The report further notes that the RTX 5060 8GB is the most popular card for the quarter, with the RTX 5060 Ti 8GB being the second-most common option. The RTX 5070 reportedly follows behind them, rounding out the top three GPUs in terms of shipment volume.
Most of the remaining 25% of supply is reportedly spread across other RTX 50 models. Board Channels also noted that availability across the lineup remains segmented. In short, memory capacity continues to influence how many units partners are able to ship.
Earlier this month, a report claimed that the RTX 5070 Ti had already reached end-of-life. However, ASUS later clarified those claims. All that said, the key takeaway from the report is that NVIDIA’s Q1 2026 RTX 50 supply appears heavily centered on a few midrange GPUs.
